- There will be overage charges of $20/computer per year, for any additional usage above your subscribed plan. The overage charges are charged in full and applicable for the subscription period.
- RDP Connector is available as an add-on at the rate of $20/computer per year, charged in full and valid for the subscription period.
You can delete RDP Connector computers from the Remote Desktop Viewer or RDP Connector Dashboard.
Yes, RemotePC offers secure remote access to your faraway computers. The communication and data transfers between your local and remote devices are secured using TLS v 1.2 / AES-256 encryption.
Depending on the number of computers you want to remotely access, you can anytime upgrade your RemotePC subscription to the plan that best suits you.
When your subscription period is about to end, the credit card which you store with RemotePC during Sign Up or upgrade is automatically charged for renewal of your subscription.
RemotePC Enterprise plan allows you to access 100 remote computers from a single account. You can organize computers into groups, provide remote deployment, and offer remote support.
